Tang Chao Travel Tea

Packaging Design Tang Chao Travel Tea by Yongjun Chen, Huang Zhang, Lei Xu Tang Chao is a packaging design for travel tea. The small square box holds tea bricks in a compact form suited to travel. The box is built with a tenon and mortise structure, so no glue is needed. Bamboo is used for the box, and kraft paper is used for the outer packaging, which keeps the cost low and supports an environmentally friendly result. A ring buckle and a lanyard allow the box to be hung, held or carried. The rounded corners can also press reflex areas on the hand, a practice drawn from traditional Chinese medicine. The box is reusable.
