Packaging Design Sierra Cantabria Wine Family by Estudio Maba Sierra Cantabria is a label design for a family of wines produced by a traditional Spanish winery. The range is wide, so the labels share one visual language while keeping subtle differences between the bottles. Heraldic symbols used by the family for 150 years are combined with a clear hierarchy of typographic elements. The system creates 53 label combinations for Bordeaux and Burgundy bottles. Each label is printed on cotton paper with high relief, stamping and varnish strokes. The intent is a classic and expressive range with a consistent brand image.
