Flying to the Moon Gift Box

Packaging Design Flying to the Moon Gift Box by ShenZhen XiShang Boutique Packing Co., Ltd Flying to the Moon is a gift box designed for moon cakes. The packaging takes the form of a traditional Chinese palace lantern. Circular illustrations draw on Chinese mythology and include the Jade Hare, the Moon Palace and the Apsaras of the Dunhuang murals. A multi-layer three-dimensional structure and a die-cutting process add visual depth. Once the moon cakes are removed, an LED module in the base can be switched on and the transparent PVC case and the hollowed-out outer case can be reinstalled, turning the box into a decorative lantern.
